This company is a high-tech enterprise which has integrated the research, development and sale of pesticide and relevant products, and is the member unit of China Pesticide Association and Shan Dong Pesticide Association. Since established, Shan Dong Dong Tai Agro-chemical Co., Ltd. has obtained several titles of honor, for example, "key assisting enterprise" by technical supervision bureau of Liao Cheng city, "enterprises exempt from inspection" by the city administration of industry and commerce, "AAA level credit enterprise" by , the city agriculture bank, "the Shandong Province outstanding privately operated science and technology enterprise" by Shandong Province science and technology hall and Shandong Province privately operated science and technology promotion agency, "new high-tech enterprise" by Shandong Province science and technology hall. On June, 2005, it obtained “safety production permit" issued by Shandong Province safety production administrative bureau.

　　The company governs seven production workshops, such as, powdered medicine, granular formulation, medicinal preparation, packing machinery, polyester bottle, leaf surface fertilization and synthesizes, and three subsidiary companies, such as, Dong Chang Pesticide Company, Dong Tai Seed Industry and Tai De Biological Technology Company. The yearly output of pesticide is 5,000 tons, medicinal preparation is 1,000 tons and packaging machines are 200. At present, there are 32,000 square meters of the company occupying area, 8,000 square meters of building area, 11.66 million Yuan of registration capital and completely 218 staffs, among which, there are 69 personnel with intermediate and above technical title.

The main products are difenoconazole, 45% straw agent and semiautomatic medicinal powder filling and packaging machine, which are well sold everywhere and favored by farmers and users.
The company has set up subsidiary selling company in Guangzhou, marketing office in Xin Jiang, import-export company in Shanghai, and part of products have entered the international market since last year.
